Shipping policy
We deliver to the Republic of Ireland, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the Gulf. For any other destination, please contact us before placing your order.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery is complimentary on orders from €49 to the Republic of Ireland, the rest of the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. It is applied automatically at checkout, and no code is needed.
For orders below €49 to these destinations, and for all orders to other destinations, including the Gulf, the delivery fee depends on the destination and is calculated at checkout.
Import duties and taxes for destinations outside the European Union are payable by the recipient.
PREPARATION
Every order is prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation.
DELIVERY TIMES
- Republic of Ireland: 3 to 5 business days
- United Kingdom: 2 business days
- European Union and Switzerland: 5 to 10 business days
- The Gulf: 3 to 7 business days, subject to customs clearance
These are estimates. Timings may vary with the courier, customs and public holidays.
TRACKING
Once your order leaves the House, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, where available.
DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will resolve it promptly.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please check your delivery address before you complete your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
